The Emboliner Embolic Protection Catheter is designed to capture the totality of debris liberated by transcatheter heart procedures. The Emboliner consists of a double-wall, cylindrical Nitinol mesh filter with an integrated self-sealing access port through which a TAVR delivery system passes.

The innovative frameless cylindrical filter is crafted from Nitinol for superior adaptability and safety. This self-expanding filter naturally conforms to the contours of the aortic wall, ensuring a snug and secure placement, regardless of the patient’s anatomy. It provides comprehensive protection by covering all three cerebral vessels. The filter’s access port enables total capture of debris, protecting the entire brain, kidneys and other organs, effectively providing total body protection. The double-layer mesh is optimized to effectively capture debris while maintaining high blood flow.

At the heart of our technology is a shape-memory alloy engineered to achieve the perfect balance between softness and strength. The filter’s superelastic structure is gentle enough to remain atraumatic to the aortic wall, yet springy enough to expand confidently and conform to the vessel’s natural contours.

This self-adapting behavior allows the filter to maintain consistent wall apposition and full circumferential coverage—even in patients with highly tortuous or irregular aortic anatomy. The result is reliable embolic protection delivered through intelligent material behavior, not mechanical force.

Emboliner efficient deployment

Efficient deployment, symbiotic with the TAVR procedure.

The Emboliner is deployed through an existing transfemoral puncture and over the aortic arch via an integrated sheath.

The integrated expanding access port enables smooth passage of procedural devices such as valve delivery systems, while maintaining an efficient seal to prevent debris from flowing to the kidneys and other organs.
